The year 2020 was unquestionably a challenging one for the entire travel industry given closed borders and continuous waves of COVID-19 across the globe. However, despite the circumstances, it was essential to maintain open and consistent communication while pushing forward promotional activities for Dubai.

our approach

Action Russia was appointed as Dubai Tourism representative office in Russia, Ukraine, CIS and the Baltic States in March 2017 to provide a full range of marketing services. Since then, the agency successfully conducted various marketing projects aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a major part of Action Russia’s work consisted of crisis management and educational activities of TOs and TAs, including:
