Dedicated e-learning platform for Singapore
With the objective to acquaint Russian tourism professionals with the diversity of Singapore’s offering as well as the plethora of available opportunities, Action Travel partnered with Profi.Travel (@profitravelofficial), a top B2B travel platform in Russia, to create an e-learning website.
Drawing attention to the tourism potential of the “garden city”, the “Singapore: Once. Again. Forever” landing page featured seven sections with each one of these highlighting unique experiences for different types of travellers. Visitors to the site could also benefit from training webinars on the destination and its famous Changi Airport.
The project received positive feedback and testimonials and over the six-month period of the initial campaign, more than 35% of users returned to the site for more information.
To ensure fresh content, Action Travel’s team continuously kept the page up to date with industry news and the latest measures taken to ensure safe travel to Singapore. Following the success of the campaign, the project was prolonged for an additional two months under the title “Singapore: Ready to amaze”.
In addition to diverse educational content, the platform also boasted creative competitive mechanics, a test with an open ranking of participants, to encourage visitors to learn more about the destination.
The first round presented the winners with a memorable tour to Singapore while in the second phase, participants competed for unique souvenirs.
Thanks to a variety of tools, including banners, Profi.travel website branding, daily e-digest branding, social media posts, individual e-newsletter, and the indisputable beauty of the project itself, the e-learning platform gained strong exposure and is hailed as one of the most engaging initiatives to date.
